The newsletter will be to keep people informed on,
New files..movies..games..apps..etc,
This is nothing fancy,just a ways and means to get
the word out that we are here and have changed names.
Things we have to offer.

Each op has his/her oppportunity to voice thier ideal.
Make sure you re-read before you send your ideal,
the way you send is the way it will go in the newsletter.
Please make sure after first newsletter is complete,
that you add the URL to your announcer/request/motd.

Why Are We Here
#PORNOZX on irc.rizon.net
Well after all the moving around the past few months, I think we have our home.
Althought its hard to get use to this new name,#PORNOZX.
After being Crazy-Z-Warez for almost a year now.
A little of why I choose this channel,or it choose me.
A few weeks or so ago, the owner of Rizon Network msg me and ask if I would like to
take over #Pornozx and build it and become founder.
So you guys know me,I said yes.
Nessun changed founder over to me a few days ago. The reason he is giving it up is
that he dont have time anymore for the channel.
Nessun has new channels and bringing them to the Rizon Network. He informed me a large Anime
network will be joining Rizon.
This not only increases the amount of people for rizon but also helps other channels,
as they bring more people to leech.
Along with our new name #PORNOZX we also now have #PORNOZX-CHAT.
Please instruct people to go there, to chat,ask questions,play trivia,and just have fun.
cheys_place will still be maintained,
only certain ones will be allowed in with a key.
cheys_place is for ops only!
Crazy-Z-Warez will also be kept as a distro for leechers and set with invite only.
We have bots there that cannot be moved but are still usable,that can be loaded.

GUIDELINES
As you all know I dont ask a lot of everyone,
I want #PORNOZX to be the best channel we can make it.
SO in saying that we will have to have a few rules and guidelines.
All ops MUST be active, loading,scanning,serving, doing something to help grow.
Having an @ by the name means responsibilty.....
Those not helping will be taken down to half op.
Bring the newest files you can to the channel, please use xdcc for your new files.
XDCC script allows packetnews and others,
that we are signed up for to post them for leechers to see on thier sites.
We need to set our goals high, and try to reach them together.
We serve everything,not just porn,(excludes child Porn). We need games,movies,apps,etc.
At this time everyone is included in the channel. Which Means clones, guest, bottlers.
DO NOT KICK unless you have a valid reason..spamming..flooding..takeovers,etc.
DONT use auto kick scripts!!!! You need to kick? DO it manually with a reason posted.
I expect that the channel will hit 1000 by Sunday..or more hopefully.
The Channel is to remain on moderated at all times. Leechers use PORNOZX-CHAT.
Recruit when you can servers..leechers...scanners, all help us grow.
Do not discuss who roots or scans in chat room or anywhere, This is private info.
We will conduct a meeting for ops to voice thier views, and set any new guidlelines.
Meetings will be held on weekends and evening hours, This way everyone can attend. ABOUT BOTS
Bots are all speeds..they come from Santa Clause..
Be glad we have bots,
Otherwise you would have to use all your Bandwith to serve.
No one gets priorty for fast or slow bots,you use what we have at the time.
So stop complaining.......
If you think you can do better than the Elves that bring in the bots,
Go for it, make us some faster bots!.
Any bots brought to #PORNOZX, the Elf must give me 100% admin rights.
This means all passes,chatme dcc,and rights to delete files.
Bots should have DCC send and resume and FTP access.
No rights..then keep your bot out of #PORNOZX.
Slow bots we will try to use only for small apps etc,files under 300MB.
You must use the kit provide to you,
Nothing is to be changed except bot number.
You have noticed that we have PX bots..well they are just there,
We have no access to them, Nessun dont have passes, so they serve,thats it.
I cannot send from them to you, You want a file from PX you que.
